Yizheng Longtai Cast Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangsu, China and covers an area of 3600 square meters. It has an annual capacity of 12,000 tons and an annual output value of about 100 million yuan with the entire production line including casting, machining, and coating production lines to deliver one-stop solutions.

Longtai has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification, and has received various honors including National High-tech Enterprise, Advanced Security Enterprise, Town High-quality Enterprise, AAA Credit Enterprise. The main products are customized cast iron and steel parts such as motor covers, pump and valve parts, machine tool parts etc. It is a designated supplier for many Fortune Global 500 companies including Siemens from Germany, WEG from Brazil, and FLSmidth, Krebs, and Fuller from America. Products are exported to the United States, South Africa ,Chile, Australia, Brazil, and more.

Longtai started with a small steel mill in 2002. At that time, Longtai can't predict its huge development in the next 20 years.

In 2007, Longtai formally entered the foundry industry. It took 8 months to research the products and finally got the strategic cooperation with Siemens Motor of Germany, becoming the best supplier and partner of Siemens Motor in Yangzhou.

In 2008, Siemens' high recognition of our product quality and service attracted strategic cooperation from WG Motor Co., Ltd., which is also the big head in the motor industry.

In 2009, obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environment system certification.

In 2011, by investing heavily in upgrading melting and sand processing equipment to meet market demand, the annual capacity has increased to 12000T

In 2012, under the strategy of continuously exploring overseas markets, Longtai formally signed a long-term cooperation agreement with FL Smith in the US. 

After receiving batch orders in 2013, Longtai continued to expand the machine processing workshop and purchased several professional equipments such as CNC lathes, vertical lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, processing centers, etc.

In 2014, clients believed that our company could directly produce finished products, so Longtai invested in the allocation of two spraying production lines, FL Smith's global procurement direction transferred to Longtai.

In 2015, completed the joint project of railways and the Ministry of Nuclear Industry in China: the research and development project for a bullet train wheel made from creep-sustant iron. 

In 2016, Longtai paid more attention to sustainable development, vigorously strengthen safe production and green production, and comprehensively upgrade environmental protection and safety facilities.

 In 2020, Longtai was recognized as the High-tech Enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
